Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Benefits Partner – Leave Case Management to independently manage Team Member leaves from intake to closure, coordinate return-to-work, and handle benefits enrollment inquiries. The role supports confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with Payroll, HR, and other stakeholders.

The candidate should have a HS diploma, 3+ years of related experience, and strong organizational/communication skills; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience with leaves of absence and benefits programs.
• Ability to handle confidential information in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Mansioni

• Independently manage an assigned caseload of Team Member leaves from intake to closure.
• Review leave requests and determine eligibility under policy and law.
• Monitor continuous and intermittent leaves, tracking usage and extensions.
• Prepare disability forms and coordinate with carriers/providers.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case notes and electronic records.
