Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Benefits Partner – Leave Case Management to independently manage a caseload of Team Member leaves from intake to closure. You will determine eligibility, coordinate with healthcare providers and carriers, protect confidential information, and support enrollment in benefits.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to navigate HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and related laws, and collaboration with Payroll, HR Partners, and leadership.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Mansioni

• Independently manage an assigned caseload of Team Member leaves from intake through eligibility and closure.
• Review leave requests and determine eligibility per policy and laws; issue determinations.
• Administer continuous, intermittent, and reduced-schedule leaves; monitor usage and extensions.
• Complete disability forms and coordinate with carriers, healthcare providers, and team members while protecting confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate case notes, correspondence, and documentation; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist with enrollment in benefit programs and serve as liaison with carriers and vendors.
