Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA is seeking a Benefits Partner – Leave Case Management to independently manage a caseload of Team Member leaves from intake through eligibility, coordination of return-to-work, and case closure. You will maintain confidential records and partner with HR, Payroll, and providers to resolve cases.

The role also supports benefits administration, enrollment, and inquiries, requiring sound judgment and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of related work experience and/or training.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certificate preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and document management.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an assigned caseload of leaves from intake to closure.
• Review requests for eligibility under policy and law; issue determinations.
• Coordinate return-to-work and manage leave case documentation.
• Maintain confidential records and coordinate with HR, Payroll, and providers.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Comply with HIPAA, COBRA, and other regulatory requirements.
