Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Benefits Partner – Leave Case Management to independently manage a caseload of Team Member leaves from intake through eligibility and closure. You will coordinate return-to-work, manage documentation, and ensure privacy of medical information.

The role supports benefits administration, collaborates with Payroll and HR, and requires strong organizational and communication skills. Flexibility for non-standard hours may be required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certificate preferred.
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class A gaming license.

Mansioni

• Independently manage an assigned caseload of Team Member leaves through intake, eligibility, ongoing case administration, return-to-work coordination, and case closure.
• Review leave requests and determine eligibility under policy and applicable laws.
• Administer continuous, intermittent, and reduced-schedule leaves; monitor frequency and duration; coordinate recertifications or extensions.
• Complete disability forms and related documentation; coordinate with carriers, healthcare providers, and Team Members while protecting confidential medical information.
• Maintain regular follow-up and move cases toward timely resolution and closure.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and leadership on leave-related matters while safeguarding confidential information.
• Maintain accurate case notes and electronic records.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to Senior Benefits Partner or HR leadership as needed.
• Determine benefit eligibility and assist enrollment in health insurance and retirement plans.
• Serve as liaison between Team Members, carriers, and benefit vendors to resolve inquiries.
