Pechanga Resort Casino seeks a Benefits Partner – Leave Case Management to manage a caseload of Team Member leaves from intake to closure, ensuring eligibility and compliant handling under applicable laws. The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, and healthcare providers while protecting confidential medical information.

You will administer leave programs, assist with benefits enrollment, and support TMSS navigation, aiming for timely resolutions and high service standards that align with Four

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Three years of related work experience and/or training.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and compliance with HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, and related laws.

Mansioni

• Independently manage an assigned caseload of leaves from intake to closure.
• Evaluate eligibility under policy and laws and issue determinations.
• Maintain confidential medical records and coordinate with carriers.
• Assist with enrollment in health insurance and retirement plans.
• Serve as liaison with benefit vendors and TMSS navigation.
