Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, CA, seeks a Benefits Partner – Leave Case Management to independently manage a caseload of team member leaves from intake through eligibility, return-to-work, and closure. You will ensure compliance with PRC policies and applicable laws, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with HR, payroll, and healthcare providers to resolve matters efficiently.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of related work experience and/or training.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class A gaming license.

• Independently manage leaves from intake through eligibility and closure.
• Review leave requests and issue determinations per policy and law.
• Administer disability leaves and coordinate with carriers and healthcare providers.
