Job summary

ResProp Management in Austin, TX, is seeking a Leasing Consultant Lead to guide our leasing team, drive occupancy, and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will handle tours, close leases, post payments, and coordinate events while building relationships with residents and owners. A 1+ year leasing background and bilingual English/Spanish are required, with a flexible weekend schedule. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Bilingual English and Spanish Proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy with property management applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants to achieve occupancy goals.
• Post rent, issue charges, and manage statements.
• Initiate lease violations and late notices as needed.
• Assist with month-end accounting and leasing process from tour to move-in.
• Build resident relationships and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Train teammates and conduct property inspections daily.
