Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Leader to guide the leasing consultants and drive occupancy. You will manage daily leasing activities, conduct tours, and ensure a smooth move-in experience for residents.

The role emphasizes customer service and sales excellence across our Austin properties. The position requires at least one year of leasing experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to maintain strong communication with residents and owners.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants by applying sales strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers and post payments, charges, and final statements.
• Initiate lease violations, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with Month End accounting.
• Guide leasing from tour to move-in including closing the sale and inspecting apartments.
• Support occupancy and retention through proactive resident follow-up.
