Job summary

ResProp Management in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead a team of leasing consultants and drive occupancy. You will guide tours, close leases, and coordinate with the property manager on accounting month-end tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year leasing experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work weekends. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Experience with property management applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants to achieve occupancy goals with creative sales strategies.
• Maintain resident ledgers, post rent payments, and issue charges as needed.
• Initiate lease violations, late notices, and evictions when required.
• Assist Property Manager with monthly accounting and close.
• Guide the leasing process from tour to move-in and finalize lease documents.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and maintain curb appeal.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and requests and resolve issues.
• Plan and host resident events and train junior staff.
