Job summary

ResProp Management in Austin, TX is seeking a Leasing Agent to guide prospects from tour to move-in, close leases, and ensure a smooth onboarding for new residents.

You will market properties online, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with teammates on resident events. A cheerful, customer-service mindset and tech-savvy with property management apps are required; a bachelor's degree is preferred and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale, completing lease documents and inspecting apartments.

• Support occupancy and retention goals with follow-ups.
• Coordinate with team to plan resident events and maintain property standards.
• Assist with delinquent rent collections and daily property upkeep.
