Job summary

ResProp Management in Austin, TX seeks a Leasing Consultant Leader to guide the leasing team, drive occupancy goals, and deliver exceptional resident experiences from tour to move‑in. You will manage rent postings, evictions when needed, and assist with month‑end accounting, while promoting strong occupancy and high tenant satisfaction.

The role requires at least one year of residential property management leasing experience, a cheerful customer‑service mindset, and proficiency with property

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy with property management applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants with creative sales strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers, post rent, and manage charges and statements.
• Initiate lease violations, late notices, and evictions when needed.
• Assist Property Manager with month-end accounting.
• Oversee the leasing process from tour to move-in and close sales.
• Support retention by following up with residents and resolving issues.
• Build relationships and respond promptly to resident needs and concerns.
• Train teammates and schedule company training.
• Inspect and maintain property areas for cleanliness and curb appeal.
