ResProp Management is a multi-family property management company focused on servant leadership and growth. We seek a leasing professional to drive occupancy, market units, and provide outstanding resident services in our Austin community.

The role requires strong sales, customer service, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, with the ability to work a varied schedule and engage residents effectively to ensure a positive move-in experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales and closing skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to communicate clearly with residents.
• Fluent in English and Spanish to serve a diverse community.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and close the sale.
• Market the property to increase traffic through online and outreach marketing.
• Follow up with potential and current residents to support occupancy goals.
• Assist with collection of delinquent rents and keep accurate resident files.
• Maintain property and model units, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for tours.
