Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a leasing leader to drive occupancy and customer service across our residential communities in Austin. You will guide leasing consultants, manage rent processes, and coordinate move-ins to ensure a superior resident experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year leasing experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and the flexibility to work weekends or holidays. Compensation includes a $25/hour wage with strong benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cheerful attitude with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy and able to learn property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants by applying creative sales strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers, post rent payments and issue charges, concessions and final statements.
• Initiate lease violations, late rent notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with Month End accounting.
• Assist with leasing from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and inspecting apartments.
• Understand property features and relate them to prospective residents' needs.
• Support occupancy and retention goals by following up with residents.
• Build relationships with residents through timely replies to needs and concerns.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and requests promptly.
• Train and develop teammates with on-the-job training.
• Visually inspect the property daily for cleanliness and upkeep of model and vacants.
• Manage in-house bad debt collections.
• Assist in owner relationships by providing updates on performance and responding to requests.
• Process move-outs per lease terms and applicable fees.
