Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lead the leasing team and drive occupancy at our residential properties in Austin, TX. You will guide tours, process leases, and ensure a smooth move-in experience while maximizing resident satisfaction.

The role requires at least one year of leasing experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to work weekends. You will collaborate with property teams to meet occupancy goals and maintain accurate resident ledgers and timely

Qualifications

• One year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn property management software.
• Strong sales, leasing, closing, delinquency, and renewal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants by applying creative sales strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers, post rent payments, issue charges and final statements.
• Initiate lease violations, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with accounting month end.
• Support leasing process from tour to move-in and complete lease documents.
• Understand property features to match resident needs.
• Support occupancy and retention through follow-ups with residents.
• Build relationships with residents and respond to needs and concerns promptly.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints and requests.
• Coordinate resident events with the team.
• Train and develop teammates with on-the-job training and company trainings.
