ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Leader in Dallas, TX to guide leasing consultants, drive occupancy, and ensure excellent move-in experiences. You will manage tours, leases, and resident relations while supporting the property management team with month-end tasks.

The role emphasizes sales, customer service, and tech-savvy use of property management tools, with opportunities for growth and resident retention programs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Cheerful attitude focused on customer service
• Tech savvy and able to learn property management applications

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants and motivate the team to reach occupancy goals
• Maintain resident ledgers and post payments, charges, and concessions
• Lead lease process from tour to move-in and closing documents
• Assist Property Manager with accounting month-end tasks
• Respond to resident inquiries and address service issues promptly
