You will market properties online, support occupancy goals, and coordinate events while maintaining accurate files and lease documents. A positive, tech‑savvy attitude is essential, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing process from tour to move-in and prepare lease documents.
• Understand property features to meet residents' needs.
• Market the property via online channels and outreach.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with timely follow-ups.
• Handle diverse situations with problem-solving and good judgment.
• Maintain knowledge of property and competitors to inform prospects.
• Build relationships with residents through timely responses.
• Prepare lease packets and keep resident files accurate.
• Coordinate resident events with teammates.
• Assist with delinquent rent collections.
• Conduct daily property inspections for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
