Job summary

ResProp Management in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Leasing Leader to motivate the team and drive occupancy targets. Lead leasing consultants, manage rent processing, and handle lease documentation throughout move-in.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends. Experience with property management software and a sales mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy and able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Sales/Closing and delinquency management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants with creative sales strategies to reach occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers and process rents, charges, concessions, and final statements.
• Initiate lease violations, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with month-end accounting.
• Oversee the leasing process from tour to move-in and complete lease documents.
• Inspect apartments to ensure move-in readiness and curb appeal.
• Support occupancy and retention through proactive follow-ups with residents.
• Build relationships with residents and respond to needs promptly.
• Plan and coordinate resident events with the team.
• Provide on-the-job training to teammates and schedule company trainings.
