ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Agent to guide residents from showing to signing, ensuring a smooth move-in experience. You will highlight features relevant to prospects and drive traffic through online and outreach marketing.

A customer-focused, tech-savvy professional with sales/closing strengths will thrive in this role, which includes collaboration with teammates and occasional evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service.
• Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and preparing lease documents.
• Explain property features to align with prospective residents' needs.
• Market the property online and through social channels to increase traffic.
• Support occupancy and retention with proactive follow-up.
• Handle issues with good judgment and maintain resident relations.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and competitors to inform prospects.
• Assist with resident events and LT coordination with team.
• Assist in delinquent rent collection as needed.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of the property and units daily.
