Job summary

ResProp Management in Dallas, TX is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy by applying creative sales strategies, guiding tours, closing leases, and delivering an outstanding move-in experience for residents.

You will maintain resident ledgers, handle rent payments, issues, and inspections, and collaborate with the Property Manager to support retention, events, and daily property operations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience in residential property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Cheerful attitude and customer service focus.
• Tech savvy—able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants with creative sales strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers, post rent, issue charges and finalize accounts.
• Initiate lease violations, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with month-end accounting and reporting.
• Manage leasing process from tour to move-in and ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Build relationships with residents and respond to requests promptly.
• Plan and execute resident events with the team.
• Train teammates on leasing processes and company training.
