Job summary

Camden is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Austin, TX who is customer-focused and excited to create exceptional experiences for residents. You will guide tours, close leases, and ensure a smooth move-in experience while supporting occupancy and retention goals.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, with flexibility for weekends and holidays. Leasing or property management experience is preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the lease and inspecting units.
• Showcase community features and align them with customer needs.
• Support renewal, occupancy and retention goals through proactive follow-up.
• Develop marketing and social media strategies to increase property traffic.
• Ensure accurate resident files and lease documentation; coordinate events.
