Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the lease and inspecting units.
• Showcase community features aligned to customer needs.
• Support renewal and occupancy goals with proactive follow-ups.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase property traffic.
• Assist in resident events and coordinate with team members.
