Job summary

RangeWater Residential in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will welcome prospects, present the property, and guide them through the leasing process.

You will greet, tour, and qualify prospective residents, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare leases, and support smooth move-ins and renewals. Weekend availability and strong customer service are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in property leasing or sales preferred.
• Ability to conduct property tours and present features clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and over the phone.
• Conduct property tours and show apartments to prospective residents.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Facilitate move-in activities and ensure smooth lease signing and occupancy.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident satisfaction efforts.
• Support offsite marketing and outreach to drive traffic to the property.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans to maintain occupancy.
