The role requires strong communication and sales skills, plus proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or One Site. Regular weekend availability and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site).

Responsabilités

• Leads property tours, greets prospects, and processes applications.
• Conducts credit checks, moves residents through lease signing, and manages renewals.
• Executes offsite marketing to drive traffic using internet tools and social media.
• Monitors market trends and adjusts leasing plans to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and show-unit quality daily.
