The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with property management software. Weekend availability is expected.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Greet and qualify prospects in person to drive leases.
• Conduct property tours and process applications with credit and background checks.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to attract residents and maintain occupancy.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident satisfaction.
• Ensure safety and appearance standards of the property.
