Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Jacksonville, FL to drive occupancy and revenue. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in experience for new residents.

You will also design marketing plans, utilize online tools, monitor market trends, and manage lease renewals while maintaining property safety and curb appeal. This role requires weekend availability and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Proficiency in internet research, word processing, spreadsheets, databases and property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site).

Responsibilities

• Lease and market the property; greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screenings, and prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Design and execute offsite marketing activities and referral programs to drive traffic.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and show-quality; inspect the property daily.
• Handle renewals and respond to resident and owner inquiries promptly.
