You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and support offsite marketing efforts and resident referrals. This role requires strong communication and computer skills and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with Entrata Yardi and/or One Site preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and process applications.
• Perform credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Design and execute offsite marketing and referral programs to drive traffic and leases.
• Manage renewals and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
