Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction at our Jacksonville communities. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and prepare leases, delivering superb resident service daily.

The role includes executing marketing plans, handling renewals, and maintaining property appearance while ensuring safety and compliance. Weekend availability is required. A high school diploma or GED is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents.
• Execute offsite marketing to drive traffic, including referrals and outreach programs.
• Monitor market trends and adjust leasing plans to maintain occupancy and revenue.
• Perform lease renewals and inspections, handle move-in processes, and address resident questions.
• Maintain property appearance and safety, and resolve customer issues promptly.
