Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and promote a quality living experience.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documents, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain model apartments in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
