Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high retention, while ensuring a quality living experience for all.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with leasing processes. A high school diploma is required, with preference for prior residential leasing and sales experience,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Bind leases, prepare documentation, and process move-in paperwork and tasks.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and orient residents to the property.
• Assist with resident relations and respond to requests promptly and accurately.
