Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals across communities. You will interact with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and retention while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have strong sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple leasing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and retention.
• Tour prospects and convert traffic into scheduled appointments.
• Prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and leasing reports.
• Assist with resident relations and respond to requests promptly.
