Avenue5 Residential in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to achieve high occupancy and strong retention, while upholding exceptional service levels.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of sales or residential leasing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Support management with clerical tasks and reporting.
