Avenue5 Residential in Irvine, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, renewals, and resident relations. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1 year sales or leasing experience; proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office; strong customer service, organization, and communication; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documentation is delivered monthly.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork.
