Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention, delivering exceptional customer service every day.

A high school diploma is required; one year of leasing or sales experience is preferred; knowledge of Yardi Voyager and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease documentation.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and coordinate move-in/out needs.
• Maintain records of traffic activity and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with planning resident activities and provide clerical support.
