You will engage prospective residents, deliver excellent service, maintain records, assist with reporting, and support property teams to optimize occupancy and retention.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with leasing software (Yardi Voyager preferred), and a professional, customer‑minded approach in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar leasing software preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high retention.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, leases, and move-in/move-out data.
• Prepare lease documentation and process move-in paperwork and renewals.
• Assist with weekly leasing reports and daily open/close procedures.
