Avenue5 Residential is seeking a leasing consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while engaging prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

The role requires a high school diploma, up to a year of leasing or sales experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license is required, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prefer 1+ year of residential leasing experience.
• Prefer 1+ year of sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with residents to achieve high occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with clerical tasks and planning resident activities.
• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities to increase retention.
