Avenue5 Residential in Denver is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

You will tour model apartments, prepare lease documents, and maintain confidential resident files. Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is helpful; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• 1+ year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; complete renewal paperwork monthly.
• Tour models and orient residents to the property; maintain accurate records of traffic and activity.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email and convert phone traffic to appointments.
