Avenue5 Residential in Denver, CO is seeking a bilingual Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction.

Strong customer service, Yardi Voyager experience, and MS Office proficiency are valued. A high school diploma and leasing or sales experience are preferred. Valid driver's license required and inclusion training will be completed within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and enter data into the system.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, mail or email and schedule tours.
• Assist with planning resident activities and maintain safety/compliance.
