Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to use Yardi Voyager or similar systems, proficiency in MS Office, and a proactive, organized approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify leads to schedule tours.
• Process leases and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain model apartment touring condition.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone or email.
• Maintain accurate leasing and traffic reports.
