Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, delivering excellent customer service and guiding tours of model apartments.

Responsibilities include processing renewals, maintaining records, and coordinating with maintenance. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience with Yardi and MS Office, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with prospects.
• Tour model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain documentation monthly.
• Enter traffic data into the system and prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance and ensure move-in readiness.
• Complete weekly leasing reports and maintain records.
