Avenue5 Residential in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and satisfaction.

Strong customer service and organization are essential, with experience in Yardi Voyager and MS Office preferred. Responsibilities include touring models, processing renewal paperwork, maintaining records, following up with prospects, and supporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and satisfaction.
• Tour model apartments and qualify prospective residents.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documentation is delivered.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Follow up with all prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
