Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Colorado to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

The role requires strong customer service, familiarity with Yardi Voyager, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will manage records, follow up on leads, and support property management with daily tasks and reports.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.
• Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively and sensitively communicate with all levels of management.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Capability to read, write, comprehend, and converse in English.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required.
• Required to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition.
• Orient prospective and current residents to the property and coordinate renewal paperwork.
• Enter traffic activity into the computer and maintain records.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
• Convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments for tours.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-ins and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
• Complete weekly leasing reports and ensure daily open/close procedures.
