The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Weekend availability including Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience in real estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in finding the best home and conduct tours.
• Provide tailored tours and floorplan recommendations.
• Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into leases.
• Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is required.
