Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities, ensuring residents experience luxury living. You will conduct tours tailored to individual tastes, outline floorplans, and highlight nearby dining and entertainment options.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, and proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience, preferably in real estate/property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Leasing Consultant duties for the apartment community, including resident tours and showings.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into residency.
• Coordinate with marketing to create campaigns and events that drive leasing.
• Maintain accurate property records and respond promptly to inquiries.
