We value teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Weekend availability is required to meet high prospective resident traffic and support a premium living experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and help prospective residents find the best floorplan and community.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build community relationships.
• Manage daily leasing team operations to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Availability on Saturdays due to higher foot traffic.
