Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at an apartment community and ensure residents experience luxury living. You will conduct tours, present floorplans, and highlight local amenities to prospective residents.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, real estate preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customized tours and help residents find the best floorplan.
• Make recommendations on neighborhoods, floorplans and amenities.
• Follow through on leads to convert prospects into residents.
• Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is required.
