Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities and deliver premium service to prospective residents. You will conduct customized tours, recommend floorplans, and follow up on leads to showcase luxury living.

Weekend availability is required as peak leasing periods occur Saturdays. The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, and proficiency with property management software

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
