Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team at one of our apartment communities. You will guide prospective residents through tours, present floorplans, and manage leasing leads with a focus on delivering luxury living experiences.

This full-time role requires weekend availability (Saturday) and strong customer service, with 40 hours per week and proficiency in property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily leasing operations and tours for apartment communities.
• Follow up on every lead to convert prospects into residents.
