Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and lease docs.
• Showcase community features to align with customer needs.
• Maintain a smooth renewal process for existing residents.
• Support occupancy and retention goals through follow-ups with residents.
• Plan resident events with team collaboration.
