Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales, hospitality, and/or customer service.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale.
• Showcase the value of community features as they relate to customer needs.
• Promote positive resident relations through timely response to resident needs.
