Job summary

Camden Property Trust is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Frisco, TX. You will be the first impression for prospective and current residents, guiding tours, demonstrating community features, and closing leases to meet occupancy goals.

You will handle renewals, follow up with residents, and assist with events while delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale and inspecting units.
• Showcase the value of the community features as they relate to customer needs.
• Support occupancy and retention goals by following up with potential and current residents.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and organize resident events.
• Promote positive resident relations through courteous and timely response to resident needs and concerns.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of the community and competitors to provide information for decisions.
